Air France-KLM’s Flying Blue just put out its new monthly Promo Rewards, with up to 25% off select award tickets. You have to book in November, and you can travel through April 30, 2027. On flights between Europe and the U.S., economy starts at 18,750 miles from Washington, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Atlanta and Las Vegas, plus Toronto and Vancouver in Canada. Premium starts at 30,000 miles from San Diego, and business from New York starts at 45,000 miles. Some routes, like Miami, are marked “Extra Exclusive” and are only for paid Flying Blue Extra subscribers. A few catches. The long-haul promos only apply to Air France and KLM-operated flights to or from Europe. They do include a connection within Europe through Paris or Amsterdam. The promo price is for the Light fare, which doesn’t include a checked bag in economy or premium and can’t be changed or refunded, unless you’re Platinum or Ultimate. Taxes and carrier surcharges are paid on top in cash. Seats are limited, and “starting from” means the lowest price on the best dates. To book, sign in to Flying Blue and search on airfrance.com or klm.com under the “Use your Miles” option. Make sure you see the promo price before moving any points, and transfer only what you need, because transfers usually can’t be undone.
