If you run a business and fly American, this week has a nice two-step. American’s own Citi / AAdvantage Business card page is showing a limited-time offer of 75,000 bonus miles after you or your employees spend $5,000 in the first 5 months, with a $0 annual fee the first year and $99 after that. That beats the 65,000 miles after $4,000 that Citi’s own card page still showed Wednesday morning, so apply from the aa.com page, which warns the offer may not be there if you leave it. You can’t get the bonus if you’ve received a new-account bonus on this card or the older CitiBusiness AAdvantage Platinum Select in the last 48 months. Heads-up: American and Citi announced that the card is getting new benefits and a $150 annual fee starting Jan. 24, 2027, though the fee is still waived for the first 12 months. The deadline to watch is sooner. American’s AAdvantage Business promo page gives new business accounts 15,000 bonus miles for registering with code GET15K by Oct. 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Existing AAdvantage Business members don’t qualify, and the miles post 6 to 8 weeks after the promo ends. Normally a business has to show 5 active travelers and $5,000 in yearly program travel before it can use those miles, but American’s how-it-works page says those requirements are waived for Citi AAdvantage Business cardmembers. To play it, register your business with GET15K this week, then apply for the card through the aa.com link and connect it to the new business account so the card’s bonus miles land there too.
